Fall Youth Event: Growing in Faith and Love

Grades 6-12, Cost $150 (scholarship available)

This weekend is for all youth in grades 6-12 who want to come worship, sing, play, rest, and learn about their own story and the story of faith. We will use the lens of the life of Deaconess Anna Alexander, the first black woman to be ordained in the Episcopal Church to help us reflect on our stories. On Saturday night we will be joined by the Most Rev. Michael Curry, the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church, and then on Sunday we will travel to Good Shepherd, Pennick for the Eucharist in honor of Deaconess Alexander at which the Presiding Bishop will preach. We will then return to Honey Creek to help with and be part of the Revival, at which nearly 1000 people will be present!
